1990	Business founded.

1991	First bureau de change opened in Prague.

1992	Trading commences in Budapest.

1993	Bank of Ireland becomes 30% shareholder of the Group.

1996	Interchange Italia formed and bureaux de change opened in Florence and Rome.

1990´s

Operation continue to grow in these countries to 50 foreign exchange bureaux and 500 outlets..

2003	Interchange Australia formed and two bureaux in Sydney.

2004	Interchange Hong Kong formed and first bureau opened.

2005

Interchange has became an exclusive provider of American Express financial and travel services in Austria, Poland and Czech Republic and offers the services of travel agency, purchase & sale of travellers cheques and cash, financial services for American Express card members and Western Union Money Transfer services.

2006	Following the purchase of American Express operations in Spain, Interchange opened new bureaux de change in Barcelona, Madrid and Granada.
